Building - 500 Union Street, Downtown
Located on the corner of Fifth
Avenue and Union Street in the heart of Seattle's financial
district, this 10-story office building was developed by
Harbor Properties' predecessor company in 1959. Its
108,000 square feet is home to the Downtown Seattle
Association and the offices of 50 other companies, as well
as retailers Butch Blum, Specialty's Cafe & Bakery and
Charles Schwab.
The Logan Building is currently reducing its carbon
footprint by using Seattle Steam’s Renewable Energy & Energy
Star programs.
